Silver Needle - Yin Zhen Bai Hao
Rarity of all white teas in these day and age, from Yunnan province China and produced in Fujian moutains.
This special variety of white silver Teas grows in or in an approximate of Jinggu.
One of the finest white teas from China. Only the first tender, unopened leaf buds, covered with white down, are carefully selected for this specialty.
A slow and extremely gentle air drying process turns this white tea into the descriptively named "Yin Zhen Bai Hao" ("silver needle tea").
White tea has a delicate fresh flavour, containing less caffeine and greater anti-oxidants that all other teas.
Cup: Light yellow infusion, sweet and delicate floral
