NZ DELIVERY FEES
Our current Courier Delivery fees are as follows. Please ensure that you select the correct shipping method and pricing during the checkout process:
- Metro – Auckland (Only) $7.00
- Out of Auckland –
Metro Areas $9.00
- Rural Delivery – $9.00

All orders over $150.00 will be FREE of delivery fees (with the exception of Items such as Espresso
Machines due to their heavier weight)
- Espresso Machines and heavy Items - Due to the
weight of these selected items the standard shipping charges automatically applied by the
website at check-out will not be applicable for delivery addresses outside of
Auckland Metro Areas. Please contact us to ask for freight charges before placing your order if delivery
is required outside of Auckland Metro.
NZ DISPATCH & DELIVERY
DELIVERY
- We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 Business Days once we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received the full amount due to be paid for that order (product + shipping).
- Please ensure the correct Shipping fee for the delivery location is selected to ensure speedy dispatch and avoid delays due to additional payment requirements. Additional payment will be required prior to dispatch.
- Delivery addresses must be within NZ and our couriers do not deliver to PO Box or Private Bag addresses
- Indicative time frames for courier delivery are:
- 1
- 7 working days for Auckland Metropolitan Regions
- 3 - 10 working days for Nationwide Delivery
- Additional delivery time frames will likely be applicable for NZ Rural delivery
- Please be advised that we cannot guarantee indicative delivery time frames on behalf of the applicable courier company.
- If you require urgent or special deliveries please call/email us first to discuss prior to placing your online order.
- Please be patient during peak busy periods for the courier companies such as during Covid lockdown or restricted periods and Christmas
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
- When placing an order, if specific delivery instructions are
provided, including the authority to leave a package at an address
unattended
or without signature requirements it is at the Purchasers risk. The
order will not require a signature for delivery and you
agree that the package/order is deemed “delivered” when left at the
premises. Tea Lovers Ltd will not be liable for any order loss or damage, due to
theft or negligence if your authority was provided at time of ordering and
proof of delivery has been provided from our courier.
Tea Lovers Limited will not replace or refund orders in
these circumstances.
- Where you believe that incorrect Products have been delivered, you
must contact us with any such claim within 7 days of delivery and
provide us with a reasonable opportunity to investigate that claim.

CLICK and COLLECT:
- Click & Collect is available at our Auckland Warehouse in East Tamaki only.
- Place and make full payment for your order online via our website at www.coffeeandtealovers.co.nz
- You will receive your Ready To Collect email when your order is packed
and ready to be picked-up, which will provide you with all the
information required for collection
- Collection address is via our Auckland Warehouse, which is located at 78a Kerwyn Avenue - East Tamaki- Auckland 2013
- Collection is available on business days of Monday to Friday. Weekends and Public Holidays are not permitted
- Collection hours are strictly between 9am and 4pm weekdays
- Proof of ID such as a driver’s license, passport or an 18+ card, and
your Ready to Collect email, when you pick up your order. Your Ready to
Collect email may be presented on your phone or as print out.
- Please wait to receive your 'Order Is Ready' email from us, which will
advise the date your order is ready to collect and all applicable
information.
- The full order must be collected, separate orders must be placed for split delivery if required
- We will hold your order for 7 days.
OVERSEAS ORDERS & SHIPPING
- Shipping Fees displayed on our website are applicable for NZ wide delivery only. NZ shipping fees will NOT be sufficient to cover the international locations.
- Please send your Enquiry (online or via email) prior to placing an order and we will advise of the shipping fees that will be applicable for your specific order and delivery destination
- Bio Security Laws for the applicable delivery destination may prevent some items/products from entering the country, it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that any/all items ordered will meet the relevant local laws (and therefore entry is permitted)
- Local Taxes or Duties for items received are the Purchasers responsibility and it is assumed that the Purchaser is aware of and accepting of any additional charges prior to placing an order (relating to the destination country)
- For Accessories (coffee and tea equipment) that is being shipped/delivered outside of New Zealand, please take note that limited product warranties are applicable. The maximum warranty offered is 3 months and payment of an order is acceptance of this warranty condition
- Please take notice that for all orders placed incorrectly for overseas destinations/delivery, it will be the purchasers responsibility to recover all paid funds via their own Bank/Credit Card Facility and Provider
- Shipping fees/costs will not be refunded where the Purchaser has provided incomplete/incorrect address details
- We cannot be held responsible for international shipping/postage/delivery time frames, any information provided will be indicative only
- We cannot be held responsible for breakages or damage for orders being sent to international destinations. Orders will not be insured and payment for an order is acceptance of this risk
- By purchasing online and making payment you warrant that you meet all of the above relevant conditions and accept all T & C's
